The military brass band “Nino Garavaglia” was founded in 1984. Named after Bersagliere Nino Garavaglia, it is composed of young musicians from Magenta and the surrounding areas, who served in the Italian army’s brass bands of various regiments, during their military service. The Bersaglieri’s brass band is traditionally composed of only brass instruments and is actually composed of more than thirty musicians. During all these years of activity the band attended many events, both institutional and popular in Italy and abroad: France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland and the United States are some of the countries which hosted us. The stomping music and the overwhelming running shaking feathers on the hats, are the thrilling features for adults…and children above all, wherever we go.
